Formulation & Development Timeline
The timeline below illustrates our estimated timeline for formulating your product and getting it ready for manufacture. Depending on the product requirements this can vary but we will always keep you fully up to date with any results, advice, test results, reports and everything else! (Usually around 26 weeks)Â
Week 1: Initial Consultation
Your first consultation with us where we get to know you and discuss your ideas concepts and what you want for your product moving forward.
Week 2: First Sample Submissions
After our first consultation we can start working on your first samples of your product
Week 4: Sample Approval
Once you are happy to sign off on your product sample we can move onto the next steps - We will work with you to make your product to your exact specifications
Week 7: Raw Materials & Fragrances
Once your first sample is submitted we will then be with you to help with advice on your formulations raw materials and fragrances included in your product.
Week 10: Four Week Update From Chemist
Once all ingredients are finalised your samples approved they will be sent to the chemist you will get an update including reports and we will advise were needed.
Week 11: INCI, PIF & SDS
You will be supplied with full documentation for your finished product including INCI, SDS and PIF.
Week 14: Eight Week Update From Chemist
You will get a product performance update n your product from our external chemist.
Week 18: CPSR Available
You will now receive you CPSR (Cosmetic portal Safety Report) from the safety assessor.
Week 22: Finished Test Results
You will now receive all finished lab test results from our external chemist for your product.
Week 24: Product Sign Off
It is now time for the final sign off of your product and to get ready for the next stages of production,
Week 25: Production Booking
Your product has now been developed, formulated and tested! We can now start your production run with us .

Our existing products that are fully developed, tested and registered in the UK. All products have a full product information file and are compliant. We are also able to provide compliant labels for our white label range accommodate to incorporate your own logo.

We offer a full contracting manufacturing service and all manufacturing of the finished product is carried out on site, then packed by our warehouse for dispatch.Â
We hand blend and use various production which enables us to retain the quality and therapeutic value of ingredients. We have a team of qualified aromatherapists, formulators and production staff who are experienced in the manufacture of natural and organic products.Â
We have full accreditation and certification according to the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) ISO 9001 & ISO 22716 which is the gold standard for the safe production of natural products. All our products are tested for quality and safety.
